More Memorial Services Planned for Granite Mountain Hot Shots

With Tuesday’s national service of memorial and remembrance complete, the 19 members of the Granite Mountain Hot Shots are making their way home and to their final resting places.

Services are being planned in hometowns across the nation for the fallen heroes, killed on June 30 fighting the Yarnell Hill fire in Arizona — a tragic event representing the largest loss of firefighter lives in a single incident since 9/11, and the greatest single loss of life for wildland firefighting in 80 years.

As compiled by the website firefighterclosecalls.com, below is a list of individual memorial or visitation services for members of the Granite Mountain Hot Shots. The site notes that these times and dates are subject to change. As we receive word of other memorial services, we will post them here.
